From my testing, the bigger the image, the more chances you have of
hitting that error. If I take the lucid image and gradually truncate it,
it starts working when its size is =430Mb. I also have a 200Mb file
that fails, so its not an absolute size thing.

I installed a fresh lucid VM under kvm, installed libvirt-bin,
then took your xml file, replaced /sbin/init with /bin/init.
I created /lxc/rootfs.dbryson, and did

cp /bin/busybox .
ln busybox init
ln busybox sh
I too had a lot of mouse and keyboard freezing. Today I ran: sudo aptitude
purge irqbalance
No trouble since. Touch wood. I presume irqbalance was installed and enabled by
default on previous versions of Ubuntu. Why has it been so troublesome on
Ubuntu 10.04 though?

Jean-Baptiste was right about me having a different service (the mysql version
packaged in xampp) running on that port, so thanks for the answer.
That was what was causing the error, so this bug can be closed now.

Hello!
I followed my own prcedure from the How to reproduce in Post Nr.6.
* The Printpreview now shows the right photo, instead of a placeholder image.
* F-Spot does not crash anymore.
Imho this Bug can be set to fixed, also #450456 seems to be fixed.

New information after my update to Lucid. It looks like that with Bluez
v4.x there is no way to share my internet connection with my phone. No
hcdi.conf, I can't see /etc/default/bluetooth, it seems that without the
Bluez 3.x package installed there is no way.
However I'm posting here the changes
I have Empathy on Ubuntu 10.04
I have tried logging into a Gizmo5 account and yet unable to make Voice Calls.
Voice Call menu for the SIP id is still greyed out.
I tried updating the client and the telepathy-sofiasip libraries yet unable to
make voice/video calls.

The games I was playing were sudoku easy and hard. Ubuntu version 9.10.
After each game is completed it gives the time taken as well as the time
not active. There may be a lot of clever people out there who can do a
sudoku puzzle in less than a minute but I am not one of them My times
are more in
Lucid only seems to use the look of the new tooltips. The really awesome
thing about them is however the way they're placed. And even maveric
isn't doing it yet.
I think if toolkits were placed below the gnome-panel and not randomly
across it ( I think thats whats annyoing Mark, correct me if I'm
