is that video playback with mplayer on HD videos is unacceptable. I
don't know how to count dropped frames, but I can tell you that playback

I sniffed around a bit more, and it looks like the debug output is going
to /var/log/auth.log. Here's what I see for the abortive password-change
attempt:

When I go to System>Preferences>Passwords and Encryption Keys, then
select the Personal Keys tab and go File>New>PGP Key, no matter what I
input, check/uncheck, or change, the create button won't become active
so I can't create keys. At all.

future releases on both these home systems as well as virtuals running
off of an ESX server at the PhoenixNAP.

I did the uninstall/update drivers trick mentioned in a previous post and it
crushed my desktop upon reboot. I had to go and do a recovery. I'm a Windows
admin so my home machine is Ubuntu for variety. I'll keep the current
drivers for now until I get another video card that I know has better
drive
Thanks for submitting this issue as well as proposing a good solution. I
would have responded sooner but was in the middle of moving. I'll get
this change in tonight and push the package again. I'm sorry about the
issue this created.
