So I kill the nova-manage command and retry the apt-get install. Public bug reported: Hi, I have Rogers as an ISP in the great white north, and use their DNS servers. However they run DNS redirectors so that when you get a bad domain then it does bogus things to the hostname. myodbc 5.1.10 resolves the last remaining dependency on libmysqlclient16. All remaining reverse dependencies are suggests, and optional with the non-versioned package (so, mysql-server | mysql- server-5.1). I tested the mainline kernels, and the error appears less frequently, but still exists, at least in generic-i386 and amd64 versions. Kernel 3.4 generic-pae works correctly so far.
