The prompt appears every time I start Ubuntu 12.10 as well. Leaving it

I've go t xpdf working using #36 and #38 above, ie: apt-get --purge
remove xpdf, then compile from source, but when i tried to add xpdf to
the main menu in Ubuntu 12.04 Unity, alacarte crashed.
I have to start xpdf from the command line (which works fine).

vertical mouse pointer speed is about double of the horizontal speed.
It's unusable this way.
Now this might be a different bug or not a bug at all, but I noticed
that the VertResolution and HorizResolution options are missing, even
Pad Resolution is currently readonly on purpose - your pad is unlikely
to change resolutions at runtime. I admit it would make testing it
easier but right now you need to add an xorg.conf(.d) option for it.
synclient appears to be lacking it altogether, that should be fixed
(patches appreciated)

dynare-matlab depends onlibboost-graph-dev 1.46
It should also work with more recent versions of boost, such as 1.48.0.2
.
When forcing with sudo dpkg --force-all -i, it works well, but the
package still appears as broken.
