This is actually a bug in the ubuntu server settings. Servers should
not have ipv6 privacy on by default, and postfix should honor what the
admin has set.
I'll revisit this and either close it with a reference to the other bug,

When upgrading from quantal to raring, postfix fails to configure
because it lost its main.cf. This seems like it ought to be a file
installed by the package, but:

network. We never used certificate authority. The wifi network allows
the connection, when I use a specific hostname, and username/password.
Ubuntu 12.10 is working well. On last week, the wifi connection was OK
