The first change fixes FTBFS in package critcl and might fixes in another
packages, as well.
Second and third changes are not quite new features. They are introduced due to

BIOS updated, they also had a low level format performed on my disk.
Still i had a corrupted hard disk, so even bought new 1 tb disk. Somehow
i still have a dirty/currupted volume, I'm done with

13.9 is supposedly based on an older fglrx driver according to this
post: http://devgurus.amd.com/message/132
I will not be filing a bug on Ubuntu as I don't use fglrx-updates
package from Ubuntu. Last time I tried those drivers on 12.10, the
results were disastrous.

Based on Dtucker's debugging and tests, it seems to me when libedit is used,
openssh is unable to control the tty settings based on its own needs, so with
that in mind, and also the fact sftp on other UNIX or RHEL 5.x has no such
problem and no other critical issue caused by not using libedit,

BTW to update this file I mounted the Nexus 4 on my Ubuntu Desktop -
copied the file to my desktop and added the extra values and then copied
it back to Documents folder
To actually update the file I mounted the phones filesystem as RW

then copied the file to the path
