you're editing the incorrect php.ini file.
Sometime between 12.x and 14.x of Ubuntu, the location of php.ini

soffice.bin
Hi Walter -
We need more information then what you have provided. Is this happening
every time you insert a sheet? Only on a particular document? What
operating system? What version of LibreOffice? Is this a regression?
If this happens with a single document - we'll need the document as a
test
Hi Walter -
Again just not enough information for developers to do anything with
this. For this one I'm going to just close as INVALID because a random
crash is unlikely to get reproducible steps. Also, again we highly
recommend you upgrade to 4.2.4.2 as there have been a ton of fixes in
that

Looking at the logs in bug 1320439 (testing results), it is the same
error but on line 59 instead of line 58. This indicates that it is using
the new vnc.py, but still failing, so I will mark this as verification-
failed.

Unfortunately kernel panics on 3.13.11-03131102-lowlatency. I noticed
that it happens when I have connected a USB hard drive (WD My Passport
1TB). Maybe it's coincidence.

As David said in post #34 there appears to be a number of bugs going on
here.
I've not had any trouble pairing and connecting my BT headphones (Motorola
S805) 'out of the box' but it simply won't route the output to them even
manually through Sound Settings. I've tried a number of the solutions
