In short, you need to enable the UVC_QUIRK_PROBE_DEF quirk by following
these steps:
1. Unplug your webcam
2. Unload the uvcvideo module (sudo rmmod uvcvideo)
3. Reload the module wit

sane-find-scanner anytime but only once by scanimage -L. I can scan one
page using e.g. simplescan but afetrwards neither scanimage -L not

Right, that does seem to improve things immensly. I'm still seeing a
'disconnected' alerm from network manager, but it does not *actually*
seems to be disconnecting eth0.

It seems that in image #88 we also received a height of 1222 but swiping
worked, so I don't know if maybe Mir was previously doing something
internally that accounted for the top bar when setting the input region,
which it's no longer doing? Either way the issue was definitely
introduced in image #

I don't like these patches much; the PAM interfaces should have been
used instead and there are enough oddities and uncertainties in these
patches that I believe switching to PAM would be easier than trying to
remedy the issues I see here.

we are seeing the same problem with 3.15.0-6 #11 kernel (we used an
utopic ami and added our bosh stemcell bits to it). Does that kernel
include the fix listed above?
Sorry it took so long to get this up and running our environment.
We do *not* see the problem in a precise system (3.2.0-64 #97)

Hm. I can reproduce the “fail to find FSharp.Core.dll”, but that's
harmless (the project still builds fine for me).
The refactoring crashes are, I think, bugs in the F# plugin, as is the
lack of ‘Send to F# interactive’.
Unfortunately the logs (in ~/.cache/MonoDevelop-4.0/Ide.log) are full of
