Hi MSA
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug in Ubuntu; Its possible

This is slight confusing, but the neutron-plugin-openvswitch-agent
package work with either neutron-plugin-ml2 or neutron-plugin-
openvswitch - the latter now being deprecated, hence the switch in 14.04
to use ml2 instead. Its still possible to use the agent with either,
but it will default to
I guess we should drop the 'plugin' bit from the package name to avoid
the direct association.

Dropping back to:

It looks like libapache2-mod-wsgi depends on apache2-bin which provides
httpd (see - http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/httpd) which fulfills the
alternative for apache2, resulting in apache2 not getting installed and
everything
The alt dependency is there so that people can cut their own

will break people in other ways.

Don't worry about Icehouse task, stable release managers will add it once fix
is merged.
Proposing a patch for stable/icehouse is much appreciated and is one of the
methods to get the backport process started:

Ok. I'd like to do that then. Do you have any pointers to the meta-data
describing deskttop-flavor packages and how to edit /etc/ configuration
files ?
Install the package per default and add wins to the hosts-line in
/etc/nsswitch.conf should be enough afaik.
