Confirmed the bug still exists in rc-proposed (313), but it is fixed in
devel-proposed.
In rc-proposed 313 the issue still appears to be the old ubuntu-

apt-get returns 1 when you press n, so ppa-purge goes onto to try the
fallback (aptitude), seemingly that runs without even asking.
The fallback was meant to catch the case where apt-get gets confused by
the revert list not being 100% accurate. That should be much better in
the new version in Xeni

ether change the name of the control of the driver from "Mic Source" to
"Mic Select" and "Front Panel" to "Front Mic"
or
add "Mic Source" similar to "Mic Select" in pu
I can reproduce this issue only if manually set to a different date/day on both
rc r38 and rc-proposed r200,
it works if only just set to a different time of the same date/day.
