SysV init scripts don't have enough defined machine parseable semantics
to tell what they do. Some just run a few commands (the equivalent of
systemd's "Type=oneshot", others fork off a daemon (the equivalent of
"Type=forking"). Thus for SysV generated units, systemd defaults to
RemainAfterExit=yes
I did run "apport-collect 1567237" and went through the "Authorize
application to access Launchpad on your behalf" page and allowed it,
then a screen popped up asking to send some info and I accepted it. At
the end I saw in the console as last message:

exists and has auth_socket set or b) Password is changed, but
auth_socket isn't disabled, in which case it will override any password

It seems that some Ubuntu debug packages are built with compressed debug info,
which is not supported by Valgrind. In particular I've seen that this even
applies to the dynamic loader (when libc6-dbg is installed):
