I find a solution. Today, I reinstall win10 in UEFI+GPT mode and then
install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, it success, while in the previous BIOS+MBR
mode the Ubuntu installation will stuck at "starting cleanup of
temporary directories". As somebody said, it may related with SSD, mine
is samsung SSD.

I have noticed this issue as well. Once I kill gvfsd-smb-browse python2
kicks in and goes up to 100%. My system has been completely unstable and
just shutting with no message. The best hunch I have so far is a power
issue possibly related to this

After upgrading to 16.04 LTS, whenever trying to switch wifi access
points (APs), network-manager "crashes" -- meaning that the applet no
longer displays available APs and in their stead is a message "device
not ready."

I can reproduce the bug. cups-browsed hangs on shutdown when CUPS is not
running any more. One can simply do
sudo systemctl stop cups
and after some seconds
sudo systemctl stop cups-browsed
with the shutdown of cups-browsed hanging.
Problem is that during shutdown cups-browsed accesses CUPS
Winetricks 0.0+20160425-1 has been uploaded to Debian unstable. It is
currently the latest release from Winetricks upstream. The Debian bug
linked to from this bug should be fixed in Debian unstable now.
I'll look at fixing those two issues that were mentioned in this bug in
the next version of
