Looking around, the only source for this failure I could see is for when IPv6 is indeed disabled... So I'll add some logic to the migration script not to migrate bridge settings if IPv6 is completely missing (as in /proc/sys/net/ipv6 doesn't exist) AND add logic to LXD to set disable_ipv6 to 0
