To add to that, I just manually updated another running webserver, and
boom. The apache+php webserver uses DNS to resolve the database server,
which it can no longer do after the update, bringing the site down.
It sends these incorrect TYPE62321 DNS queries to our DNS server.

Prior to the crash I was having a problem with the text editors, Caja
Dropbox and browsers not letting me use them (not become active when I

Window types generally have nothing to do with which window buttons
should be visible. Window type dictates if there is a titlebar, and if
so then...
Close button: Must always be visible because apps exist which have no
other way of closing their windows.
Maximize button: Should only be visible
Indeed the close button and Alt+F4 should never ever destroy a window.
They should just send the window an event: mir_event_type_close_window
Then it's up to the app how to proceed.

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1629638, so is being marked as such.
The libc6-udeb_2.19-0ubuntu6.11_amd64.udeb fix that was just released
fixes the name resolution issues and we're able to provision our systems
as normal again.

I have fixed the missing md5deep and made my script run okay.
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/hashdeep /usr/local/bin/md5deep
That is all I did to get both hashdeep and md5deep functional. They use the
same binary code and work differently (a wee bit anyway) depending on being
called by md5deep or
