package-data-downloader crashed with
I get the same crasher on that fresh artful -> Bionic install. The
apport message is : debconf is unknown, or so, even if debconf package
is installed.
I confirm that the only debconf.py installed is at:
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/aptdaemon/debconf.py
But aptdaemon is said 'unmaintained' and

I found out that "Display Mode" in Settings -> Devices -> Displays was set to
"Join Displays".
Setting it to "Single Display" solves for me the issue of windows appearing on

Tried the install again, but removed other drives from the system (there
was an external usb backup and a thumb drive usb plugged in). Got

I have a brandnew HP Microserver Gen10 with a freshly installed and
almoste bare Ubuntu 16.04 and its 4.4.0-98-generic kernel, two
additional disks, and zfs.
Runs stable, but during shutdown it happened many times that the kernel
crashed and the machine completely froze
