[Bug 1506817] Re: left TPP/2 IBM TrackPoint "sticks on" randomly (X250 15.04)
Running bionic with 4.15.0-34-generic on T460s, a pretty good repro for me is 1. Place two fingers on the touchpad 2. Try to press a button while keeping two fingers on the touchpad For me, evtest reports of button events get very erratic when two fingers are kept on the touchpad. When I do not touch the touchpad, evtest reports seem solid. I have disabled the touchpad as it interferes with my typing, but the state of this setting does not seem to have an effect. The "two fingers on touchpad" probably gets emulated by e.g. my wrist touching the touchpad. For me the bug interferes mostly with browser use as I use middle button scroll and very often e.g. middle down gets lost and the attempt to scroll does not scroll, or a middle up gets lost and then pointer is stuck in scroll mode. To me it looks like https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rapidsvn/+bug/402892 is about the same issue. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1506817 Title: left TPP/2 IBM TrackPoint "sticks on" randomly (X250 15.04) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1506817/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1793997] Re: iwlwifi 0000:04:00.0: Queue 10 is active on fifo 2 and stuck for 10000 ms. SW [247, 164] HW [90, 90] FH TRB=0x05a5a5a5a
I've tested with mainline kernel and it is crashes as well. Also I've tried booting previous Ubuntu releases (4.15.0-20-generic, 4.15.0-29-generic, 4.15.0-32-generic, 4.15.0-33-generic) and bug happens with all of them. This is strange because I've used these kernels without any problems for months. Wi-Fi worked extremely stable until problem recently appeared. So looks like bug was present for long time, however it have not manifested itself. But some non-kernel update uncovered it. Bug is pretty severe on my system, it happens in few minutes of active Wi-Fi usage (eg. open speedtest.net and run it for few times). If I do not use Wi-Fi at maximum speed it (eg. just listening online radio) it may work for hours. [Bug 1770532] Re: DKIM signing not working in bionic
FYI, for a backwards and forwards compatibility workaround until a fix is distributed, I was able to utilize the Amavis::Custom functionality to "patch" the core code. Put the following code at the end of a config file that amavisd-new loads, or otherwise load a file with the end code in it. For example: 50-user: use strict; # # Place your configuration directives here. They will override those in # earlier files. # # See /usr/share/doc/amavisd-new/ for documentation and examples of # the directives you can use in this file # # Your configuration stuff here # Do not modify anything below this line - 1; # ensure a defined return # Make sure the originating flag is up-to-date. package Amavis::Custom; use strict; BEGIN { import Amavis::Conf qw(c); } sub new { my($class,$conn,$msginfo) = @_; $msginfo->originating(c('originating')); } 1; -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1770532 Title: DKIM signing not working in bionic To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/amavisd-new/+bug/1770532/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
