virglrenderer (bug 1657409), but missed that it is a prereq for using MDEVs as
well.
This now become much more important as newer drivers (recent nvidia drivers, as
well as kernel >4.16 for intel)
if playing vids (using vlc) on top monitor0/display0 - no issues when it goes
to next/prev vid
(fyi: i'm only using videos of lower-resolution than my 1920x1080 screen)
if I jump to prev/next vid when window on lower screen

Two-finger scrolling no longer works after resuming
** Description changed:
I synced Debian's new ndctl package. It needs several pieces of work:
- Ubuntu had autopkgtests
- Ubuntu had a separate daxctl package. Debian either needs that package
added or Breaks/Replaces added for the file move (from Ubuntu's perspective)
- Debian ships
Tried on another Ubuntu 18.04 machine. Works fine there. Can close the
bug thus, I guess, unless it affects other users.

and su (or anything similar) set a predefined secured path. Which has
