error message "Executing '/grub-install /dev/sda' failed." I have tried
wiping the drive and deleting all partitions via a Windows installer,
wiping the drive from the Advanced Disk Utilities in the

When I select Format->Page I see that the page numbering is set to 1,
2,... but no page numbers are actually printed.
