Point and instructing it to use dhcpd for the DHCP server, it feeds

If someone is interested in a workaround for using either nvidia or the

We have build dependencies on python-sphinx and python-sphinx-rtd-theme
for generating html docs, which are python2 tools but have python3
replacements.
Fix: Switch to using ptyon3-sph
On one side this fixes SAE / WPA3 personal support
on the other, you still can't edit or update WPA3 connections in the GUI
components.
If you use nmtui or try connecting to WPA3 though, it works.
