19.10 it works as expected, the menu blocks the keybinding but once
close it's still valid

I just upgraded today to 19.10. I have a keyboard shortcut setup to run
gnome-screenshot --area -c to allow me to do quick screen grabs. I can confirm
that if I use the screenshot dialog I can copy to the clipboard with that but
using the CLI version of the same function
So I just downgraded to 3.30 version of gnome-screenshot. I'm getting
the same results with that as well. Did something with the clipboard
change from 19.04 to 19.10?

I think the more files you already have in the folder the higher the
chance that another new file will trigger the bug. The more time it
needs to sort the list the more time for the race condition to occur,
and each new file is another shot.
