Title:
kdump kernel can't be loaded using kernel 4.15.0-76
Turning the mouse off and on again is also a temporary workaround. The
problem does recur, though.

I made an attempt to address this bug via another package. The language-
selector-common package installs /etc/fonts/conf.avail/64-language-
selector-prefer.conf, and I added "Lohit Devanagari" (installed by
default) to that file.
