I have similar behaviour. When I close lid, it suspends normally. When I
open the lid, I see a glimpse (0.5s to 1.0s duration) of my desktop but
login screen shows up. But the only difference is I get the login screen
show up. I assume the glimpse of the desktop is also a bug but I

What I saw is the hdmi-port0 (monitor) is resumed earlier than hdmi-
port1 (home theatre) and hidmi-port0 has higher priority than hdmi-

I would like to use gnome control center from Fvwm window manager. But
the mouse speed does not respond at all to what I set unless I am
running it from the default ubuntu window manager. I tried running
gnome control center using different XDG environment variables as

sure how reliable that is. Since I made that comment we've had multiple

I'm able to reproduce this issue on my Desktop computer (running Xubuntu
20.04.1).
My setup has two monitors: one connected by DisplayPort, and another by HDMI. I
can only reproduce this if they are not in mirror mode.

Briefly tested krunner to launch kinfocenter which showed KDE Frameworks 5.74.0
Launched from the kicker
I made a test rebuild of our current plasma & KDE applications packaging
and found no regressions.
Also I tested in a VM these frameworks 5.74: I can log into plasma,
dolphin, konsole and kate seem to work correctly.
