Currently I am trying to compile CASTEP package. However, I face with
this problem.
I am using "gcc version 9.3.0 (Ubuntu 9.3.0-17ubuntu1~20.04)"
I try to command "make". The problem is shown as below.

Not at present. The problem went away immediately after running the apt
purge and then rebooting, and has not reoccurred since. So I'm not
