Re: [Bug 1938735] Re: Can't insert a row into a OpenOffice calc file
I sent the file with the initial bug report, but it's 842 rows and 9 columns. I can add a row to the bottom but when I insert a row either before or after in the body of it it crashes when I save it. Actually I can only cut and paste the total at the bottom to make more space for rows, I can't use the insert feature at all. You'll notice in the file that I sent that there is a row at the bottom that's out of order. That was the only way I could add it; cutting and pasting the total several rows down to make more room. Usually it's an empty row. If I run the journalctl command there is a ton of data there I guess because I've been having a freeze problem after I suspend the laptop by shutting the lid (I have reported that bug also bug: #19373210). Do you want me to attach the output to the bug report? I have added it here. [Bug 1938864] Re: Software Boutique failes
You filed the bug as related to `ubiquity` or the Ubuntu installer that installed your system 2021-04-17 (109 days ago). That is the responsibility of Ubuntu Desktop or Canonical. Ubuntu-MATE however created and maintains the Software Boutique. I asked on IRC for an appropriate place and was given https://github.com/ubuntu-mate/software-boutique which is where Ubuntu- MATE track issues with their software. I suspect this is the v2 of their software that isn't available yet for released products. There are no issues being tracked there so I provided the link https://github.com/ubuntu-mate/ubuntu-mate-welcome-legacy/issues (which was the only link until semi-recently or for the 20.04 release (you'll note issues reported there from this & last year)). Ubuntu-MATE does not use launchpad for their own software, it's used by Ubuntu software (and some other flavors). Software Boutique however is Ubuntu-MATE software. If you don't wish to use the Ubuntu-MATE bug tracker, I also suggested you use the Ubuntu-MATE discourse site (see prior comment for link) From what you pasted, your issue appears to be not with Ubuntu software but 3rd party sources which is why I suggested support. You mention `balena-etcher-electron` along with many other packages (and dependencies) which are not Ubuntu supported as they are 3rd party. Issues with those packages are tracked on the bug trackers chosen by their 3rd party creators -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1938864 Title: Software Boutique failes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-mate-meta/+bug/1938864/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1938730] Re: GPSD time will jump back 1024 weeks at after week=2180 (23-October-2021)
Hi Marc, what you can check: - do the regression tests run trough (failures are ignored at build time, as its fails sometims on the more "special" architectures, forgot to enable tests again for bullseye). You are looking for scons check and the following output. - if they are not happy, check if the reason is a changed date from 1999 to 2021 or something like that, similar to whats in the diff. quilt doesn't patch binary files, so I've disabled thoses test in Debian, but some are left in the patch. You could also take the upstream source, apply your patch, merge the current regression test folder and run scons check there, although that might show some other bugs that were fixed since 3.20. But in general, if scons check is still happy, chances are good that things are not badly broken :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1938730 Title: GPSD time will jump back 1024 weeks at after week=2180 (23-October-2021) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gpsd/+bug/1938730/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1928954] Re: sssd not using offline credentials even no network available
Hello Walter, Thank you for reporting this bug, and apologies for the dealy in getting back to it. Unfortunately the bug fell through the cracks and our team is somewhat busy with other stuff. Anyway, I have finally had the time to try to reproduce this. I set up a VM with a Samba AD DC + Kerberos auth (server), and an LXD container acting as a client. Then, after creating a user/principal on the server, I was able to successfully login with it inside the client (as expected). With that in place, I brought the network connectivity down on the client and tried logging in again with the same user. Everything worked. I also tried doing some research online to see if I could find similar issues reported against sssd, but came up with nothing. Given that I could not reproduce the issue, I would like to ask you for more information about your setup. If you can provide configuration files for SSSD and you AD DC, that would be great. If you can provide detailed reproduction steps, that would be even better. For now, I am going to set this bug's status to Incomplete. When you provide the requested information, feel free to set it back to New. [Bug 1938942] [NEW] Autopkgtest failure with OpenLDAP 2.5.5
Public bug reported: Imported from Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/990172: Source: nsscache Version: 0.42-1 Severity: medium Dear maintainer, We're working towards getting OpenLDAP 2.5.5 (already in experimental) ready to start the transition process, and I noticed that nsscache's autopkgtest fails because it uses the now-removed BDB backend. I am also working on the OpenLDAP 2.5.5 transition for Ubuntu, and here is the full log with the failures if you're interested: https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-impish/impish/amd64/n/ns= scache/20210621_230811_7cc47@/log.gz I also noticed that nsscache has code to deal with BDB; it may be a good idea to raise this topic with upstream in case they want to update their codebase.
