It certainly would be helpful if Ubuntu would/could consolidate down to
just one working recommended package and remove the others to avoid
conflicts. zram-tools appears to be a 0.x release and doesn't seem to
have had any updates in a while so it would seem like a candidate to be
removed, esp if
Upstream archived this package in 2020. Debian is the defacto maintainer
now @ https://salsa.debian.org/debian/zram-tools making the current
homepage data, misleading. I don't understand why it still exists in the
Ubuntu repos if it is conflicting with Ubuntu's zram-config and systemd-
Installed apparmor from proposed: problem solved.

I'm not sure I understand this bug, the --with-pc-insults option is
deprecated since 2017-09-18 as it is the default option.
The noble package doesn't use --enable-offensive-insults.

and software installed. There is no information about the crash.
Perhaps you can run gramps from the terminal cause the crash, and copy
any text printed in the terminal and try running apport-collect again?
