In dmesg log, i saw a line starting with "mar 20 02:04:10 eduapps
whoopsie-upload-all[8574]" which was written by whoopsie that gave me a
brave crash log.
brave crash log is big but gives good info of what's going on. if you
search for the word "SIGSEGV" you will find where the error occurs.

unmaximizing the window and just dragging it to the second monitor as a

I noticed that when creating an m5.large noble instance, hibernation is
not resuming properly after first creation. I haven't had a ton of time
to look into it yet, but I did see 2 observations:
* hibinit-resume is not being ran
* re-running the unit file makes things work

I think the problem is that in ubuntu1 package I have rolled back
initial Thorsten's fix and the package to be tested is ga-3 in Debian. I
will raise a sync bug and sync ga-3 package to Noble[1].

upgrade process disabled some but I don't recall snapd being one of

Regarding the main issue with the unable to mount to root, do you get the same
errors prior to it as in the working installation? Are the kernel commandline
the same? Any other differences?

The above messages are likely coming from the bootloader (grub2). Which
version of grub2 is being used? How exactly is the install being done,
e.g. via USB or some other method?
