Ok, so I think we can consider it verified as much as it's possible. The
existing focal 'riscv64' preinstalled cdimage builds still work (that
use 'hifive' as the subarch in livecd-rootfs) and we did a few image
test builds on launchpad with the new subarch (e.g. [1]) - the image
builds failed, but
Releasing early as the xlnx-firmware packages are new and cannot
possibly cause any regressions. Aging those further makes no sense.
