When I attempt to launch an application (in this case, xvncviewer)
through socksify, I get the message:
ERROR: ld.so: object '/lib/libdl.so.2' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be
preloaded: ignored.
This also happens when I tried to run telnet through it.
I have dante.conf

Hrrmm.. apport-collect complains I don't have dante installed when I
attempt to update my system details on this bug, as I don't have dante
installed, just dante-client.. When I try to change the bug to the
dante-client package however, it tells me it's a binary package and it's
going to log it

I've upgraded to 11.04..
Pulseaudio control panel shows analog speaker and headphone output, but
doesn't output audio to headphones when headphones are selected.
Audio is output to both headphone socket and speaker socket when speaker
output is selected, but the headphones are a lot quieter and
Gaaah.. it's moved :) .. I guess I should have looked there, but I've never
really used apps in that messaging area.
Sylpheed over Evolution.. Pidgin over Empathy..
... will know to look in this menu from now on.. thanks!

overwriting an existing file (I was retrying the import to see if
metadata would appear after I tried using dialog slightly different way)

Confirmed audio output on speakers

To test further, I took the attached XML file from this report and
replaced an XML file I created by adding a comment through gthumb.
gthumb segfaulted again.
I removed the XML file from the folder (leaving other XML files in
place) and gthumb did not crash.

Ok, after most recent update, I'm now getting audio out of both the
front (analog headphones) and rear (analog output) concurrently when
analog output is selected. When I select analog headphones output is
muted again.
