Are you using Kubuntu or Ubuntu? does it happen in any other
application? Are you running standard Dapper, or have you modified
anything relavant?
I couldn't reproduce this bug in any text box on my system - I run Gnome
Dapper, with nvidia driver.

left, the order of the menu in the panel changes appropriately, but the
position of the menus on the top panel does not. So, when you open one

The text in the Hebrew about Ubuntu incorporated into the 6.10 desktop
