Intel used to ask users using the latest proprietary firmware from upstream[1].
The proprietary firmware is a blackbox in opensource, so we are trying to
figure out the stable combination of kernel and related firmware.
So far there are 2 kernel flavors verified works in the
btw, pick up the different firmware binary related to iwlwifi here.

apport used to collect dmesg well before kernel 5.8.
But not it just show permission issue while collect dmesg so that apport not
able to upload dmesg information for launchpad bugs after kernel 5.8.
