I haven't tried yet updating the BIOS but adding "dis_ucode_ldr" after

I had a similar problem on two fresh installs of 7.10-Ubuntu/Xubuntu.
There was no fuse group by default
I had to uninstall and re-install fuse-utils, which added the fuse
group

serious video problems : a few frames are correctly displayed but most
of them are black or blue, this does not affect the sound or the
