[Bug 873773] Re: Adobe flash provided by canonical partner repositories is not 64 bit in the Software centre
If you search for Adobe Flash in Synaptic, you'll find a different story. There are three different packages, two provided through Ubuntu multiverse (32bit) and one through Canonical Partners (64bit). That's very confusing. People are giving very bad reviews on Adobe Flash installed from the Software Centre because they're actually installing the 32bit version on their 64bit Ubuntu. But here's the thing, when Kid3 is re-opened, the changes in Kid3-qt and Kid3.conf are reverted. [Bug 914379] [NEW] Set compression level when making archives
Public bug reported: There is NOT any option to set the compression level (e.g. fast, normal, maximum compression for smallest size) when making archives. There is no option for that in the Compress... dialogue from Nautilus or in Archive Manager (and there should be!). There should be only one way to choose frames; either checked or selected. Typical case: An mp3 file with many unwanted tag fields. Type to search for an application that was not recently used (not shown amoung the 6 recent applications) 3. Press the down-key 4. Press escape to return 4. The Dash-keyboard interaction is lost. Auto-update is disabled in the ubuntu downstream package which is just a wrapper (script to download the dropbox client from upstream). You'll have to do gksudo dropbox update in a terminal or Alt+F2 to get the latest release. A workaround to solve this is to disable the Effects plugins in CompizConfig Settings Manager. After I disabled both 'Animations' and 'Fading Windows' to gain a performance boost, I noticed that the graphical glitches above the sound bubble disappeared. Don't disable 'Window Decoration' or you'll lose the outside frame and the minimize, maximize close buttons.
