[Bug 873773] Re: Adobe flash provided by canonical partner repositories is not 64 bit in the Software centre
If you search for Adobe Flash in Synaptic, you'll find a different story. There are three different packages, two provided through Ubuntu multiverse (32bit) and one through Canonical Partners (64bit). That's very confusing. People are giving very bad reviews on Adobe Flash installed from the Software Centre because they're actually installing the 32bit version on their 64bit Ubuntu. [Bug 1018811] [NEW] Frames should be only checked or selected; not both
Public bug reported: Frames can be checked (checkbox) and selected (highlight) at the same time, and this is somehow confusing and inconsistent. There should be only one way to choose frames; either checked or selected. Typical case: An mp3 file with many unwanted tag fields. I have to select each frame at a time to delete it, and this can be sometimes irritating. Suggested solution: Unwanted frames can all be checked at the same time and deleted once. [Bug 1069113] Re: Dropbox indicator not showing correct status
Auto-update is disabled in the ubuntu downstream package which is just a wrapper (script to download the dropbox client from upstream). You'll have to do gksudo dropbox update in a terminal or Alt+F2 to get the latest release. I did it and it is working very well. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1069113 Title: Dropbox indicator not showing correct status To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus-dropbox/+bug/1069113/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1049964] Re: [regression] Tray region of the panel is not redrawn when notify-osd is on top
A workaround to solve this is to disable the Effects plugins in CompizConfig Settings Manager. After I disabled both 'Animations' and 'Fading Windows' to gain a performance boost, I noticed that the graphical glitches above the sound bubble disappeared. Don't disable 'Window Decoration' or you'll lose the outside frame and the minimize, maximize close buttons. Actually I hit two birds with one stone; got rid of the glitches and gained a performance boost :D -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1049964 Title: [regression] Tray region of the panel is not redrawn when notify-osd is on top To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/1049964/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
