Since 2.34 it was disabled for good reasons, see

It is fixed since 2.37-1, working around the mentioned bug by a debconf

If you update to the latest Ubuntu release you should
gpsfake is now included in python-gps. As it is less used than other tools I've
decided not to let gpsd-clients depend on python-gps.

gpsd depends on nonexistent /lib
Looking at the current bluez source:
DEB_UPDATE_RCD_PARAMS = start 25 2 3 4 5 . stop 74 0 1 6 .
which is the same as in Debian.
I'll change the default start to 26 and stop to 73 to start it before libvirt
and stop it after libvirt.

Please show me where in Ubuntu gimp 2.7 exists - I guess the package was
installed from a PPA.
IF you would rebuild the gimp-plugin-registry package against gimp2.7
you would notive that the conflicting plugin is not being built.
