On an intel i5 toshiba laptop on vivid. Upgraded to the
3.19.0-30-generic kernel and started seeing this. Additionally, bootup
was slow.
kern.log/dmesg is flooded with this output

control interrupt lied
Hmm looks like this was showing up on Oct 3 in the kern.log.1 but I
didn't upgrade to the 3.19.0-30 kernel until today. So it must have
existed previously (though it seems much more readily apparent now).

3. Boot an m1.tiny instance using the 5G volume created as the boot source,

It appears that the cman tooling isn't available in Trusty even, so this
means the clvm is really broken. On >= Trusty this can be fixed by
checking the corosync status (corosync-quorumtool -s) to ensure that the
clustering (corosync) services are up.
