After upgrading, flash sound only works when no other sound is playing.
The npviewer.bin is not picked up by pulseaudio in etiher case, so I
assume it's just using alsa. Here is the output in terminal without
sound playing:

is sorta similar, other than it isn't actually installing the flash
plugin even after restarting firefox. Firefox shows me two options,
Gnash and the Adobe flash plugin. When

I believe this is a regression in ia32-libs. When I downgrade to
2.2ubuntu11 (current is 2.2ubuntu13) and install the 4 missing libraries
