Can anyone confirm or deny this? I am using the proprietary Nvidia

As I predicted, the bug is still there, and is causing incredible
confusion due to its randomness.
To everyone posting fixes: they aren't really fixes. What's happening
is that Facebook is randomly denying requests from Gwibber, because it

Yesterday Twitter suddenly started to work in Gwibber. Receiving all

I have a bto 15CL58 laptop, a Haswell laptop which has integrated Intel
graphics as well as an NVidia GTX765M with the Optimus system for
switching between the integrated and discrete GPU.
When I try to boot Ubuntu 13.04 on it while having an HDMI monitor as
well as a VGA
Note that after upgrading the kernel to 3.11 (from ~kernel-ppa/mainline)
and installing the updated NVidia proprietary driver packages from
~xorg-edgers (since after the kernel update the kernel module doesn't
compile), it *does* work!

I tried the latest development release (as of 27-9-2013), but it won't
boot at all on my Optimus laptop, even with no external monitors

The problem appears to go away after selecting the proprietary Nvidia
driver instead of the Nouveau driver. So it is at least an interaction
with the Nouveau driver, or possible the bug is in that driver. Should I
report it there?
