When it is stuck in D state, like when yanking the usb drive, it is

It appears I forgot to mention for any of the individual options to
actually work you must have their openoffice.org-style-* packages
installed. If you select 'Crystal' but don't have openoffice.org-style-
crystal installed it falls back to using the default set which is
'Human'.

fallback if that one doesn't exist (if I remember correctly). If you
have it set to 'Automatic' and are using KDE then it uses 'Crystal' if
you are using Gnome it uses 'Human' and the overall fallback is 'Human'.

It was set because I believe this bug is already fixed in 8.10 and Colin
probably hit the Add button before it had time to show up, as when I
went to the option it took several seconds to show up.
