I solve this problem. I really dont remeber how i did it, but the solution
of this problem could be found in Google

Adding to comment above, the discoverable point is totally clear, but
making button at the top panel optional is pretty reasonable, it was
comfortable, took less space (vertical space on display is expensive)
and it is actually more natural for Gnome 3 users. Let this big dash
button in the side
