I forgot: the bug's title is wrong. it says 1074x768 instead of

I'm still having this bug. And i'm actually using 2.6.24-21 kernel.
I would not to mistake but i think the bug is related to GDM, because it never
occured when using KDE.

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.4 with a 800x600 resolution; i think the problem is
related to low resolutions.
I can't set higher resolutions because i have an old monitor.
If more info are needed, feel free to ask!

I think this is a bad-bug for the peaple who try approaching to Ubuntu, because
it's a very strange bug that could be seen when you start doing the first
things with the o.s.
I give you advice to try reproducing this strange bug :)

I have this problem, too.
I thought that the problem was fragmentation of the hd, but after a good
defrag, the problem continues... i've also tried to correct the partition table
using Partition Magic and other software (some errors were found and corrected)
but i still can't see partitions.
