After manually setting the PIN and APN, and removing the APN entry in
the network config, everything works and NM connects instantly.
So the problem is, I suppose, that NM talks to the Aircard on the wrong
USB port (as can be seen in the logs).

[0.7] [3G] PIN secret invalid even
Luis, thanks for the input. I can confirm this is solved in 2.6.27-11
and should have probably posted this here earlier. Keep up the good
work.
The -11 Ubuntu Kernel is available in the proposed repository.

[ath9k] AR5418 frequently fails to connect to WEP/WPA network
NOTE: The bug does NOT depend on a Synaptics touchpad. I am getting this
behaviour on various Thinkpad notebooks that do not have touchpads, on
the internal trackpoint as well as USB and Bluetooth mice. Thus --

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: jbidwatcher
Please bump the version to 2.0beta10 or newer - the current package is
worthless as it doesn't snipe anymore. the 2.0 beta implements changes
to handle new eBay page structure.
** Affects: jbidwatcher (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Not solved for me either. Noticed by loud clicks. Laptop mode disabled.
Seems to only appear once I suspend the computer and bring it back from
suspend. Load cycle counter increase of about 60 in 15 minutes.

This bug and its duplicate both occur on a device connected as ttyACM0
and have the same error message. They probably relate.
