This is happening on a machine I just upgraded to 16.10. AFAICT, from

this upgrade. :)
Only comes about every three hours here. Just wanted to confirm it
seems to exist in the latest release. Thanks.

I have continued to get this crash, periodically. I think the
circumstance that triggers it is, generally at least:
1. opening the app menus in the panel via keyboard shortcuts, then
2. hitting left-arrow to wrap around and access the indicator menus
Doing the above does not reproduce the crash
Hm, to clarity:
The indicator-session opens, and often the menu stays stuck open for a

happened again
What I wanted to convey was that the rightmost indicator menu opens, and
then the crash freezes it; my continued right-arrow
Ah! No, not on my system, at least. Ubuntu 14.04, with all current

Totem hung on me while I was testing, but that seemed related to opening
a movie while another instance was running. I don't have time to go
after that one right now! But nothing bad
I don't recall this indicator crashing in quite some time, so letting
this expire seems fine. Thanks.

The webseed torrent eventually did finish, after a number of cycles of
crashes and restarting. The torrent was complete (and the status was
Finished, I believe, FWIW; at any rate it wasn't active) when I removed
the torrent from Transmission. That triggered one more instance of this
crash.
So, get this crash repeatedly, but not immediately, when I try to
download a 700MB video file from archive.org. It's a webseed. The
LibreOffice site is not responding as I try to check this, but there's a
good chance that torrent has a webseed, too. This crash may be specific

Sindhu, without any comment given -- why was this marked as fixed?
I don't know for sure what the status of the bug should be, but I think
that's a spurious 'Fix Released'. Unfortunately, LP doesn't let me undo
