Upgrading to python-oslo.messaging 5.35.0-0ubuntu2~cloud0 from xenial-
queens/proposed has just broken my neutron-openvwitch-agent. After

the logs. Downgrading back to 5.35.0-0ubuntu1~cloud0 fixed the problem.

release that requires a maintenance window to upgrade since there will
be environments that are not aware of this and e.g. unattended-upgrades
that will break when they upgrade. I think the safest action we can take

and I see the same issue. Looking closer what I see is that post-upgrade
Neutron l3-agent has not spawned any keepalived processes hence why no

When neutron schedules snat namespaces it sometimes deletes the rfp interface
from qrouter namespaces which breaks external network (fip) connectivity. The
fix prevents this from happening.

I've tested this on focal and there is an issue but it might not be
related to this patchset:
I tested running sosreport with -a on both an ovn-controller and an ovn-
central host. This all works fine until I run it on an ovn-central host

vRouter not working after update to 16.3.1

at [1] being raised because prior to that [2] gets called as a result of
a timeout exception but the code is not actually catching the exception.
This was traced to be the result of a privileged call being used as
