I use a shell script to re\install the system when it's necessary and I've
observed that absolute path doesn't works then it's forced to use relative
path. In example:

I have discovered that if the user doesn't set the permissions from
Ubuntu Software button about read the image from a different partition
or print it. It happens the bug stated in subject.

When you use the text editor, gedit, the web browser, firefox, the e-mail
reader, thunderbird, the file manager, nautilus, the word processor, writer of
LibreOffice, and more in general every window having a scroll bar, tipically on
the right side, in all these Ubuntu
These error on the icons it happened because of re\installation of GIMP then
should be solved. In detail I had installed GIMP 2.04, I installed GIMP 2.10
over GIMP 2.04 and later I uninstalled GIMP 2.04. Then the problem has been
solved uninstalling both and reinstalling GIMP 2.10.
