And for focal this commit is included (as 00501b41aaf7) in Ubuntu-5.4.0-100

And since focal-updates includes 5.4.0-100.113 right now, I'm updating the
focal entry to Fix Released.

It's included in Ubuntu-5.15.0-15.15 (and higher).
Hence updating the affects jammy entry to Fix Released.
And for impish its included in Ubuntu-5.13.0-31 (and newer) as 7ca2229ccb56.
