Hi, Fabio, I did as suggested and received this message again after trying to
run update manager.

This bug affects me too. Also everything (navigating internet, writing
emails, my son playing club Penguin, etc.) became slower and sometimes
the computer freezes and I have to reset it. Although it hasn't reached
such levels of awfulness, it is begining to remind me of Windows XP ;-)
