Does 'xinput set-int-prop 3 Synaptics Tap Move 32 1000' make it any
better? It's probably not so much an issue with the new logic as an
issue with our tapping styles.

It's very probably implemented in software - what does xev say the
keycode/keysym is? We should probably add support for this sort of thing
to gnome-settings-daemon for Jaunty.
