With Dell E7440 with Intel graphics, attached to dock and also two
external displays connected to the dock:
when I boot the machine, the built-in display and the external displays
are enabled in login screen. However, the external displays are disabled
when I log in.

External displays
Tested with v4.4.65, the latest v4.4 stable kernel as of this writing.
The problem happens with that as well.
kernel-bug-exists-upstream tag added and the bug marked Confirmed as
instructed (even though "Confirmed" description says "Verified by
someone other than the reporter.")

longer open Excel spreadsheets with names ending in .xlsm -- I get
"Access to xyz.xlsm was denied." error.
