This is actually three general problems in kdelibs with the langpack-
desktopfiles-kde spec.
1) it looks up the wrong string, value when it should look up key=value
2) some apps set their own catalogue in klocale and this needs to be ignored
3) langpack translations should override those already

available fine in the upstream kde-l10n-xx packages.
Looking at the language-pack-kde-de source the translated strings are
there but they don't appear in the applications. The difference seems
to be missing

bluez-gnome isn't acceptable. I'm pretty much resigned to not having
bluetooth in kubuntu for intrepid. We can look at backporting solid-
bluetooth when it gets ported to the new bluez for intrepid-updates.
