*Actual Behaviour*
After installing latest upgrades this morning on my HP ProBook 470
G2/2249 on rebooting the system did not come to life. It powered to
bios and then a blank screen on booting Ubuntu which lasted about 3
minutes until I powered off and rebooted to the
** Package changed: ubuntu = linux (Ubuntu)

I know this is a bit late. I've had a lot of work the last two weeks.
But this morning I upgraded the kernel to 3.16.0-37-generic and it works
on my HP Pro Book 470 G2. Thanks!

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
I just upgraded from 15.10 to 16.04 this morning. Everything seemed
fine until I opened some translating work in libreoffice. Trying to
type the letter
I reinstalled ibus, which caused system settings to disappear. While
mucking about with that an update was announced, but it did not seem to
have anything to do with input bus. I went ahead an applied it. To
resolve the system settings issue I reinstalled ubuntu-desktop
$ sudo apt-get install
I spoke with a colleague at work, who also recently upgraded to 16.04
and regularly uses a Czech keyboard. He did not encounter this problem.
I see now in the keyboards menu in the toolbar (top right) > Text Entry
Settings, that there are now 6 options for a Czech keyboard. The
