Are there any plans when the magic mouse is supported for multitouch on
ubuntu (like apple trackpad)? If so, it would be the best mouse for
ubuntu.

Gesture support in Unity using touchpads was removed by design. The
3-finger and 4-finger gestures now only work with a touchscreen.
Where can I see this design? Is there a document available? Is there more
information about this decision?

I found a workaround to get this working:
Install gnome-alasmixer from USC and start it. Set the recording-Flag on
Capture.
After that the mic works fine!

Since software-center-update from 5.2 to 5.2.1 the software-center ist not
showing any paid apps. The banner works. For example, lords of ultima shows
up in the banner, however if I click on it, I get the messaage (german):

I found a workaround to get this working and I think I found the Bug.
If I delete on System-Settings = Network = Network-Proxy, Method = manual the
Proxy-entries (in my case set from 'http://www-proxy.salomon.at:8080/' to
) and set the Method then to none = no Prodxy, the USC shows me all apps
